Guest access Important Information About Bedroom Access Please note: The property offers a total of 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, distributed between the main house (3 bedrooms) and a separate downstairs area (2 additional bedrooms). To help manage the additional cleaning, preparation, and maintenance required for the entire property, access to all 5 bedrooms and 7 beds is provided only for reservations booked for 12 guests. For reservations of fewer than 12 guests, only the 3-bedroom main house will be prepared and available, and the downstairs area will remain closed. The property is always 100% private and is never shared with other guests, regardless of the number of guests on the reservation. Guests who would like access to all 5 bedrooms must book the reservation for 12 guests, even if fewer people will actually be staying. Other things to note • Only 35 minutes away from the beach • Swimming pool now available and open for use. • Nearby activities: nature walks, cycling, or simply relaxing. • Safe and peaceful environment, ideal for families or groups of friends. 1. No parties or large events allowed. 2. Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. 3. No smoking inside the house (smoking allowed in outdoor areas). 4. Take care of the barbecue area and outdoor furniture. 5. Always supervise children in outdoor spaces. 6. No pets allowed unless previously authorized. 7. Dispose of trash properly and keep the ranch clean. 8. The pool is now open – use it responsibly. 9. Respect neighbors and the peaceful environment. 🏡 Important: The property is completely private.
