If you would like a longer stay please reach out. The space Located in South Harpswell, this 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home has the views you dream about and the house to match. Located at the end of a quiet, private road, the property opens up to stunning views across Harpswell Sound to Orr's, Bailey Island and the Cribstone Bridge. Beautiful artistic landscaping and timely perennials draw you in, and welcome you to this easy single level living home. The living space, open from one end of the house to the other, offers kitchen, dining, living and sitting area with spectacular water views across the entire home. From the expansive deck, watch an endless array of sunrises, the unmatched color takes your breath away every time! A spacious primary suite with a walk-in closet and 1st floor laundry rounds out the first floor. Not too big and not too small, this perfect size house offers a 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, full bath, a quiet sitting area and a deck, showing off views of just how gorgeous Harpswell can be! The house is not suitable for infants and young children as it is not childproof. Harpswell has some of the best hiking trails and beaches in Maine's mid coast. Hidden treasures of sand and shells in sheltered coves dot the coastline. Clear cool waters of Casco Bay splash the beaches with their open vistas of the Maine coast. The Town can boast about 216 miles of coast, the most of any other town in Maine. There are four main bays (Middle Bay, Harpswell Sound, Quahog Bay, and New Meadows River) and several coves and harbors. Harpswell is a quick 25 minute drive to Brunswick which boasts a vibrant main street, a very active arts and entertainment culture and of course, quintessential New England charm. Amtrak’s Downeaster train service terminates at Brunswick Maine Street Station and connects the town to the Portland Transportation Center and Boston’s North Station. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house - first and second floors as well as the yard and outdoor areas. The house is not suitable for infants and young children as it is not childproof. Other things to note The property is monitored via a security camera on the front of the house which has views of the road coming in and the driveway. We are notified of activity and can view it live. The footage is not recorded however it does take periodic screenshots. 56 Little Bird is located at the end of a private road. Social gathering are NOT permitted. We prefer a total of 4 guests. We will consider more than for on a case by case basis. Please reach out if you have more than 4 guests.
