The Arrestadou de Pépé is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a mix of modern comfort and old-fashioned charm, with common areas to meet and suitable amenities for a pleasant stay. Although the facade is not yet finished, our gîte can accommodate up to 14 people. It is located in Saint-Vincent-d'Emblavez, close to Le Puy-en-Velay, a renowned starting point of the Way of Saint James and a popular tourist destination. The space Room Details: • Bedroom 1: Dormitory with three 90 cm bunk beds (attention according to regulations, children under 6 are not allowed upstairs), sheets provided. THE DORMITORY WILL BE AVAILABLE IF THE BOOKING IS FOR MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE. • Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a 160 cm bed, sheets provided. • Bedroom 3: Bedroom with a 140 cm bed, bathroom with towels and private toilet, sheets provided. • Bedroom 4: Family room with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed (attention according to regulations, children under 6 are not allowed upstairs), bathroom with towels and private toilet, linen provided. Facilities and Amenities • Bathrooms: o Bathroom with towels and toilet are available on the landing, close to Bedroom 1 and the dormitory. o Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own bathrooms with towels and private toilets. • Common Living Room: o Upstairs, a living room with sofa, large TV, books and board games are available for family moments. • Kitchen and Dining Room: o On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. o A spacious dining room is also available, ideal for sharing group meals. • Outdoor: o A small sunny inner courtyard with a plancha for barbecues and alfresco dining. . Adventure lovers can enjoy outdoor activities, as well as a kayak descent, for example, just a 5-minute drive away. The gîte is in the heart of the Emblavez, surrounded by wild trails, Romanesque churches and Loire castles. Ideally located, it is the perfect base from which to explore the wilderness or prestigious cultural sites of the region.
