This duplex penthouse is located among the 3 most famous and charming beaches in Rio de Janeiro. Post 6 Copacabana, Post 8 Ipanema and Arpoador. Next to General Osorio Square (Metro). The Flat has a private garage, daily housekeeping service and 24-hour concierge. You also have a wide range of supermarkets, greengrocers, restaurants, cafes and bars that are relaxed and full of life! A perfect place to enjoy this wonderful city on foot:) Everyone is welcome. The space The 2-story penthouse is equipped with everything you need for your comfort and safety, noise-resistant windows, daily housekeeping included, bed and bath linens changed at an additional cost if desired. Self-service laundry included or personalized at an additional cost. Garage, swimming pool included! All flat staff will be on hand to help. Guest access The penthouse was set up for my personal use when I'm on vacation and has a locked closet with my personal belongings, which I share with you to make it sustainable. Enjoy our home with affection! Other things to note ●CAUTION: The Penthouse is NOT prepared to receive children!There are NO protective nets on the windows! ●Laundry room: It operates from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Saturday except on Sundays and holidays. You can wash your clothes with your soap or request that they wash them at the reception. The cost is to be agreed upon and must be paid directly in cash to the Flat's housekeeping. ●Changing bed linens and towels costs 80 reais, which must be arranged and paid in cash directly at the reception. ●Extra towels cost 40 reais for a kit with 2 face and 2 bath towels. Pay and request at the reception. ●If you are two guests and need the sofa-bed prepared, there is a cost of 200 reais that has to be paid directly to the reception to Mrs. Katia. ● There is an ice machine in the playground! No charge. ● The apartment is in a local resident building. IT IS NOT A HOTEL! The building is managed by the condominium and we have no control over maintenance, services, works or malfunctions in the building.
