This jewel is located in a quiet, secluded, and private little mountain subdivision in the woods. The lake house has many modern amenities and comforts, yet is nestled within an ecological paradise. Fishing, hunting, wilderness hiking, lake fun, and other outdoor recreation are all at your fingertips. The space Wifi, 4 televisions, gas BBQ, horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking, covered porch, modern appliances, central air heating, two wood burning stoves, two car garage, one full wooded acre, private subdivision, comfortably sleeps eight guests, 7 minutes to the boat ramp, centrally located for hiking in the Trinity Alps or hunting in the National Forest……this place has it all. The lake house is 1800 square feet of clean, modern, and recently remodeled living space. There is a spacious kitchen with a large capacity refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, fast pot cooker, waffle maker, and Britta water container. Dine at the six seating table or at the four bar stool counter top adjacent to the kitchen. Feel like taking in the wildness as you eat? Move your coffee or meal experience onto the 8 x 22 foot, covered front porch which offers seating for all eight guests. The living room boasts a faux leather sectional couch, two comfortable recliners, and a 55 inch tv. Relax and enjoy the beauty of the oaks, pines, and cedar trees just outside the living room windows. In the hallway you can flip on the whole house fan. Open a couple windows to create a vacuum of fresh mountain air circulating in the house The house has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king size bed and 36 inch tv, a second x- large bedroom with two queen beds and a 42 tv, and a small but cozy bedroom with bunk beds that is accessed through master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms with showers. In the two car attached garage you will find a mountain bike, a telescope, one fishing rod and some basic tackle, and corn hole boards at your disposal. The game/laundry room has 2 couches, one is a pull-out full bed. There is ALSO a smart TV, Foosball, electric Dart board for you to enjoy. This room does not have A/C but fans are available. In the garage you will find a two bikes, a fishing pole, a pop up shade structure, a telescope and cornhole boards for you to enjoy. A propane BBQ is stored in the garage for your use. GENERAL AMENITIES - Complimentary laundry soap (one pod per day), towels and linens, shampoo/conditioner/ body soap caddy in showers, trash bags and paper towels, floor and ceiling fans, and closet hangers, central air heating., Wifi, TV streaming capability, and cell service (reliability based on provider). * Access to the residence will be challenging for guests with limited mobility. There are stairways at the garage and front entrees. * Check road advisories prior to booking. This region can experience a substantial amount of snow. Depending on conditions and your vehicle capability, you may need to park at the base of the driveway during winter conditions. * Security and safety. This property is protected by a Ring camera system. There is one camera installed at the entry way to the residence. The other camera covers the driveway/entrances of the dwelling. The cameras do not look into the interior spaces or common areas. Your privacy is respected here. Cameras are for security. * This property is rural, mountain region lifestyle. There are limited amenities in the area. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. There is a lot of storage available for the heavy packer. On this wooded acre you will find a covered RV parking structure (the owner’s recreation vehicle is stored under this structure), a detached garage that is locked and unaccessible for guests, and a small storage shed locked and also not for guests use. * NOTE - If booking in the winter months check weather prior to coming. This is a private unmaintained road which is not regularly snow plowed. You may need to park at the head of the driveway and walk up if heavy snowfall has recently occurred or is forecasted. November thru March are the vulnerable snow months. In general this will not be an issue but it is a consideration. Other things to note DVD player with some movies on hand, boards games, reading material, and a bird/squirrel feeding area located just off the front porch.
