Home away from home! This inviting, delightful, & cozy townhome is fully equipped with all the amenities of home! Making for a comfortable & peaceful nights stay! Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Only 2 minutes from Rec Center, Collage/ Pronghorn Center, 10 minutes from Camplex-Energy Sports Complex. Close to Dollar General/ Walmart. Includes 2 full bedrooms, king sized master, laundry room, 2.5 baths, patio, grill, & backyard. Providing a warm gathering spot for family and friends! The space *My home and most all surrounding homes in the area do have Ring Cameras. *My home does come with access to a laundry room. My washer and dryer are a nice high-end pair. However they are NOT commercial. DO NOT wash any heavily soiled clothes or work clothes that are oily or greasy. Excessively muddy or bloody hunting gear or clothing is also prohibited. Please take to the local laundromat and utilize their degreasers. Washer and dryer are inspected after each guest stay. *Please be mindful of my next door neighbor, I share a wall with. He is an elderly man with a dog. He keeps mostly to himself. He doesn't complain and I've never had an issue with him or any of my guests to date. *My other neighbor, to the east, is a wonderful person. Vance and his family are extremely kind, friendly, and great to communicate with. Vance cares for my yard. He knows how to get in touch with me as well. *My home is only minutes away from all things! Within walking distance to the Recreation Center! Enjoy! Guest access Entire house, backyard, and driveway. Garage available upon request. Sometimes the garage space is occupied by owner.
