Close to downtown, in a residential neighborhood with several nearby shops, supermarket, bakery, snack bar, pharmacy and many others. You can walk to the center, about 10 minutes, enjoy the city without using a car. An airy, clean and always quiet space. Ideal for couples and groups of up to 3 people. You will rent a full space for the price of a suite. The space Loft with entrance on the side of the main property and independent, with air-conditioning and fan, containing a double bed and a single bed, kitchen combined with sink, blender, minibar, microwave, sandwich makers, coffee maker, fruit juicer, two-burner stove, fryer and kitchen utensils.  The rental includes bed linen and towels. We have an outdoor area with a barbecue, table with chairs and a cooler for a barbecue at the end of the day, which is divided by a curtain. We have TV and 30-mega Wi-Fi. Small pets are allowed upon request. Only one pet. Garage for one car. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the Loft, with all the privacy for their group.
