Peaceful and beautiful garden room

Pretty, small garden room, quietly located right next to the Uetliberg recreation area. The train station is only a three-minute walk away and the city centre of Zurich (main station) can be reached by S-Bahn in a maximum of 15 minutes. The room is brightly furnished, with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge (no kitchen). Private bathroom with shower. Cosy private outdoor seating area and parking space for one car. Bakery and restaurants in the village. The space The guest room is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, set back from the road and has a floor area of 14m2 plus a bathroom with shower and toilet of about 4m2. The "Uitikon Waldegg" S-Bahn station and the secluded Uetliberg forest are just a 3-minute walk away. The S-Bahn runs every half hour on weekdays and every 20 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays. The journey to Zurich main station takes 14 minutes and to the "Uetliberg" mountain station 7 minutes. For stays of 10 nights or more, a weekly intermediate cleaning with linen change is included in the room price. Guest access The room with double bed (2 separate mattresses), bathroom and outdoor seating area are exclusively available to our guests. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted in the flat.
