Located between the ferry station and the beautiful Dark de Mattos park, in its surroundings are the Casa de Artes de Paquetá and the famous and bucolic Bird Cemetery. With a quiet neighborhood, our house is newly built and designed to offer comfort. Every detail seeks to provide guests with a pleasant stay. We want you to make yourselves at home! We are ready to welcome you with all care and affection! The space Our property features spacious backyard with hammock from where every afternoon we can hear the singing of the maritacas that are scattered around the island. Featuring an American kitchen, the house provides a cozy atmosphere. It has a large bedroom, a bathroom with a very warm shower, a spacious service area and the whole house is very well ventilated. Guest access The house is fully cleared for guest use.
