Private room in a local home in a peaceful apartment ideally located close to the banks of the Loire and the heart of Nantes. Drop off your luggage and do everything on foot, by bike or by public transport: - Free parking in front of the residence. - Bus at the foot of the residence (free on weekends). - Bicloo station (self-service bicycles) 500 m from the residence. - Bike room available in the basement of the residence. The space Comfortable room located on the fourth and top floor (with elevator) of a small quiet residence in a quiet area. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet close to entertainment and tourist attractions. New Queen Size bedding (160 X 200), firm mattress Double glazing and roller shutter. A desk and two chairs, a wardrobe, a TV, a small fridge, a kettle and all the toiletries (for those who have forgotten their toiletries) are at your disposal in the room as well as sandals, small fitness equipment... BREAKFAST: A "gourmet" breakfast (served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) adapted to your tastes, is included and includes, among other things, a cold drink, a hot drink, bread, butter, homemade jam, and many other things. HALF BOARD: The evening meal is offered by reservation for €12 per person. Guest access 10 minutes by car from Carrefour, Auchan and Leclerc shopping centers, bowling, cinemas, bars, restaurants, escape game, swimming pool, nightclub...) 15 minutes by bus or car from downtown Nantes, the train station, the airport, the University Hospital, the Convention Center... Check-in: from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Check-out: until 11 a.m. (Flexible hours depending on the day, possibility to drop off luggage...) During your stay I am available on-site or reachable by phone for the duration of your stay. It gives me great pleasure to host you. Other things to note No pets allowed.
