Welcome to the Maine Stowaway Carriage House, a coastal retreat nestled on 5.5 acres overlooking Cozy Harbor. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and beautiful views from this brand new coastal home. The nearby General Store and Hendricks Head Beach are within walking distance and make it the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Boothbay is a short ride away for restaurants, shopping & music. Whether you are seeking a peaceful escape or a scenic spot to relax, this property offers an ideal getaway. The space Adult only guests. Pets not allowed in this home, but pets and children are allowed in the MaIne Stowaway Cottage house. Guest access You will be given a code for the front door to enter the residence Other things to note The carriage house is a cozy brand new two bedroom home looking at cozy harbor and Georgetown. You can walk down to the beach and/or cozy’s dockside restaurant. Pratts Island is a great walk as well. There are no pets and no children allowed in the carriage house. However, the main house accepts pets and children! If you have any questions in the carriage house, please reach out to the owner. If anything is broken or missing, please let us know.
