Sleeps 4 (5 including sofa bed) Double bedroom - 2 person Living area with double mezzanine loft bed & single sofa bed - 2 person Conservatory living area (single sofa bed) Kitchenette. Breakfast bar area Bathroom with bath/shower Private decked area for outdoor dining. (Weather permitting) The space The annex adjoins the owners main house but is for rent as a separate entity. 6 person hot tub at the main house, is available at additional cost. (Not included in the price) Please message to request the hot tub as this will be payable separately and will be cleaned and heated prior to arrival. Hot tub is accessible from the entrance walkway. Access is along a path through a garden, the property has its own private entrance and multiple parking spaces on a private driveway shared with the main property.
