Sleeps up to 5 with a double bedroom, mezzanine bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, conservatory and private decking. Once part of our family home during 10 years of fostering, it's now a warm, welcoming place to relax and explore County Durham. A favourite stop for Seaham sea glass hunters and touring motorcyclists The space The annex adjoins the owners main house but is for rent as a separate entity. 6 person hot tub at the main house, is available at additional cost. (Not included in the price) Please message to request the hot tub as this will be payable separately and will be cleaned and heated prior to arrival. Hot tub is accessible from the entrance walkway. Access is along a path through a garden, the property has its own private entrance and multiple parking spaces on a private driveway shared with the main property.
