House on a no-exit street, quiet for those looking to rest. Close to Caixa Econômica and a 24-hour health unit. Also close to downtown and famous pizzerias. The accommodation provided is the one upstairs, while the residence's administrators are downstairs. However, the tenants will have complete privacy. In the yard, we have 3 dogs and 2 cats, but they do not have access to the upstairs residents. The house has 3 bedrooms, one double en-suite, and two with single beds. An extra mattress is available.
