The house is in a very quiet location and offers plenty of space and comfort on two floors. **Description of the house:** **Upper floor:** - Three spacious bedrooms, perfect for families or groups. - A modern bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. - Washing machine and dryer, which are very convenient for longer stays. **Ground floor:** - A spacious living room that invites you to relax and linger. - a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook to your heart's content. **Important note about the basement apartment:** In the basement of the house there is another apartment that is permanently rented. This basement apartment has its own, separate entrance. There is no internal connection to the rest of the house, so the residents downstairs and the guests upstairs are completely independent of each other. Your privacy is thus fully protected. **Outside:** - A beautiful garden that you can use with us. This includes: - The entire ground floor, including the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. - The entire upper floor with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate toilet, and a washing machine and dryer. - The garden and terrace that you can share with us. Entry to the house is via the front door. Upon your arrival you will receive a key and we will explain how everything works. Other things to note **House Rules:** - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. - Unfortunately no pets are permitted. - No parties/events. - Since the house is in a very quiet location, the terrace can only be used until 9 pm, and entertainment should be kept to a level that does not disturb the neighbors. --- **Check-in and Check-out Times:** - Check in from 3 pm. - Check out by 11:00 am. **Neighborhood:** Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Eschborn am Taunus, near Messe Frankfurt. Public transport is easily accessible, the S3 and S4 suburban trains are only a ten-minute walk away.
