I95 is 4 min away,route1 is 2 min away ,walmart/3 min, Chick filA is 3 min away. 12 min away from dale city potomac mall. 30 min from Tyson, Washing DC and National Harbor MD. The space Family house. No basement included. I might have other guest staying in basement,they has nothing to do the main house and has no link and connection. Guest access Guests are allowed room whatever mentioned in a list. No basement included its a separate entrance for the other guests,has no connection with the other part of house.
