The property on which it is situated overlooks Shuswap Lake with views of the lake and mountains. This is a quiet place in nature. The big house, across the driveway, has a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the garden and the lake which can can accommodate a third couple for an additional $125.00 US a night. There is an organic garden, deck and small orchard in front of the main house you can enjoy. Relax on the beach at Paradise Point Park a 10 minute walk away where the water is silky smooth. Herald Park with swimming area, boat launch and picnic area is a 10 minute drive away. This cottage is a great home base for a couple or small family who wish to relax and enjoy all that the Shuswap Lake area has to offer which includes great hiking, fishing, sightseeing, boating, wine tours etc. Both the towns of Salmon Arm, B.C. and Sorrento, B.C. are less than 1/2 hour away.
