Around 30 minutes away from 2 lakes and several ski resorts while still only 45 min. from SLC airport and 20 min. from Ogden airport. Private backyard has a fire pit and outdoor tables. A humble theatre room is available for use in basement space. Free parking on street. Washing machine can be available for use if notified before stay. Updated flooring in bedroom and basement space. Disclaimer: a dog and a cat do live here but both are very friendly. The space 2 story home with basement room being the open space with included private bathroom. A small air purifier is constantly going in the space to keep allergens from the air. A homemade theatre room occupies the large living space in the basement and is available for use, but is a shared space. Laundry room is also located in the basement and can be available upon request. All spaces are in the basement that are available for use. We ask that you please stay out of the upstairs, unless invited by the host. We have a fenced backyard with grass and doggy door. In the backyard we also have a small fire pit, hammock , a tree swing, moon door, and a cute photo op bench. Plenty of shade, Mountain views, privacy, and good times! Guest access Guests can enter through front door Or the 1st gate in the back that leads to a sliding door. We would prefer to have guests use the back as much as possible but the front door is available. During your stay Text me or call if it's urgent!
