6 person holiday home in SANDHEM-By Traum The space Welcome to a solid spacious nice house located in an unbeatable environment. On the border of southeastern Västergötland and to beautiful Småland lies this charming accommodation. The house is called Älvan and is one of three nice houses that are surrounded by rural air. Everything is located on a large farm called "Sägnernas hus" and has an entertainment facility with a dance floor, boules court, concerts and its own museum right next door. Here you can find probably just about everything a family with children or larger groups could wish for. The lower floor of the house is adapted for those with functional variation with large rooms and spacious bathrooms. You are welcomed with a small patio overlooking the field. The hall is bright and with an open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are in one. To the right is the bathroom, which is light gray and fresh. To the left is the first bedroom which has a double bed 180 cm. Next to this bedroom there is a bunk bed and also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. The kitchen is airy and lovely. A nice stove stands in the corner that warms chilly evenings. The TV is placed behind the stairs and can be rolled out if needed. The kitchen has plenty of space for delicious dinners. From the kitchen you can go out to the covered terrace. Here you can sit and enjoy the evenings to the chirping of birds and the sunset. There is a cozy loft in the house that is led up by the impressive staircase of solid wood. The ceiling height is not that high but it is a perfect crawl for you with older children who want to be by themselves. In the summer, you as a guest can enjoy a good homemade cake and typical Swedish coffee in the café. You can also pre-book food and coffee by the homeowners who run the whole place. In the area there is also a magical little museum about creatures from the former "Folktromuséum", a museum about old folk beliefs. This is something for both children and adults. In the area there are fish-rich streams, lakes where fishing licenses are required. If you like to walk and wander in nature, there are three popular hiking trails that go past the accommodation. If you want, you can book a day at one of several spas in the area. Take a trip to Ekhagen's ancient village in Åsarp or play golf on one of Sweden's oldest golf courses in a castle environment; Ryfors GK and Mullsjö Alpin are not far from here. In June, the Knights Games are organized by the owners. If you are several families / in larger groups, you can also book house 09012 and house 13574, which is also available at the facility.
