This duplex offers 3 queen beds, (one main level and 2 second floor), an easy step in shower, entry ramp, pet friendly with fenced in back yard, WiFi, games, and all your basic kitchen needs! Enjoy a view of dry run creek reflecting the nearby railway. This home is a duplex that is completely separated from the second unit. The space This home is a duplex including main floor and second floor accommodations on the South half of the home while the North half is either rented or occupied by the host. Your stay is entirely private and separate from the accommodations on the other half of the home. Your accommodations will include a 2 bedroom apartment including 2 full beds (upstairs) and 1 queen bed (main level) & two pull out twin beds (optional). We also offer a pack and play and high chair if you need accommodations for children. Enjoy a spacious living room with reclining couch and kitchenette table for dining. There is additional seating in the upstairs bonus room for work or relaxation. You’ll have access to a full kitchen with a spacious fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, & coffee pot. Your bathroom amenities include an easy step in shower with adjustable height shower head. The upstairs bedroom holds two full sized beds and an optional twin pull out bed. In the bonus room, you will also find a lounge chair that folds out to a twin bed if needed as well. The upstairs bedroom has a walk in closet holding a washer and dryer as well as a vanity for getting ready. The backyard access can be found on the east side of the house. You’re welcome to enjoy the fenced in backyard or let your pets run. The property does neighbor a small creek and railroad tracks to the North. Please be considerate when allowing pets to run. Guest access Your home has a front and a side entrance. We ask that you use the front entrance mainly and the side entrance only if necessary.
