A house with two bedrooms overlooking Pedra Da Macela, right on the São Paulo/Rio de Janeiro border, with several trails around and viewpoints to contemplate. The guest has complete privacy, a cozy living room/kitchen with a fireplace to warm up the night. Many birds of various species to hear and see, the water coming out of the taps is potable, springs from a mine there inside the site . Starlink Satellite Internet @Fazendinhavistaparaomar The space A privileged place with enormous natural wealth, water straight from the mine, clean air, the night regardless of the season, temperatures always fall, from various points on the property you can see the coast of RJ, especially Paraty, several coastal islands and ships in the middle of the ocean. Good walks can be made from the house, trails passing through the Atlantic Forest with rich flora and high degree of preservation, leading to incredible lookouts and even a secret waterfall, we have people to guide on these walks that know the entire region perfectly. The two bedrooms measure 3,10/2,35, they have good mattresses, in one of them is spring, bedding, sheets, pillows, blankets, shelves, outlets. It is possible to host up to two more people near the fireplace, and others in stalls outside the house, check out possibilities. Small pets are welcome, as long as the owners are responsible for any damages. Guest access There are three ways to get to the site, in all of them you have to walk at least 10km of dirt road. On rainy days, especially when it lasts several hours, access with cars without 4x4 traction is possible, but becomes more complicated. Low cars need to divert higher stones on the way. It is possible to negotiate a trip to and from the city to the Site,for those who do not come by car, we also have a place close to the asphalt to store the car of those who prefer not to come with it to the property. Other things to note The place is at the end of the dirt road, so there is no traffic of unknown people. Ideally, guests should bring everything they need to eat for the period they are staying, there are no markets or very close sales. The water coming out of the faucets is mine, drinkable, no need to bring bottles. In the kitchen there is a stove, refrigerator, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, some item in the garden or fruit of the trees around the house can be harvested, having common sense.
