Spectacular two bedroom, fourth floor apartment with amazing panoramic views over the English Channel, the River Teign and the town of Teignmouth. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, twin bedroom and king-size sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen includes washer/dryer and dishwasher. Bi-fold doors open on to the large, south-facing balcony which is furnished with comfortable seating and table. Grand Banks has private parking for two vehicles, EVCP, fitness suite and lifts. The space Please note that Grand Banks is next to a railway line so some noise will be experienced during the day. However, trains do not run overnight. It is a great location for watching the steam trains that regularly pass through during the spring and summer seasons. Things to note - - Check in: 3.00pm Check out: 10.00am - 2 night minimum stay applies however this may vary seasonally. - Infants welcome - however if you require a travel cot please let us know prior to arrival and it will be placed in the property. Please bring bedding for the cot as this is not provided. Highchair not provided so please bring your own. - No smoking or vaping permitted inside the property - Pets are not permitted - Parties are not permitted - BBQs are not permitted on the balcony Here is what some of our previous guests have said about Anchor View - May 2024 We booked this airbnb for our anniversary celebrations and it was perfect! We loved the location! The airbnb itself was so clean and was definitely worth what we paid! We loved it so much we booked an extra night onto our stay. There was also a booklet in the kitchen which has lots of useful information like recommended takeaways! April 2024 Cannot fault this place, whole family gutted to leave. Excellent communication and service from moment of booking, which continued throughout stay. Everything we needed with two kids in tow. Great location for town and beach. We will be back! March 2024 The accommodation was perfect and exactly matched the photos and description. It was clean and comfortable with modern facilities. The balcony was amazing with views over the town and sea and it was a sun trap. It was only a short walk into the town and down to the seafront. It was a bonus to have secure parking too. Would definitely recommend and would love to return. February 2024 What a beautiful flat. The location is handy for walking into town and to the sea. Everything was modern and spotless. The view from the balcony is fantastic and is south facing so if you’re lucky enough to get sun in February (as we did) it felt so warm and relaxing. Thank you for a lovely break. December 2023 We stayed here in between Xmas and new year, family of 5. The apartment was exceptional, clean, roomy, light and warm. The views are amazing. Lots to do, so close to all local amenities. Our girls loved the location, sea shell and crabbing. They loved seeing the trains go by, this really wasn’t an issue. Would love to return in summer. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. October 2023 A great place to stay, loved the view from the living room. Very comfortable, warm and incredibly clean, thank you to the cleaners. We noticed the sound of the trains but it didn’t bother us and you can’t hear them from the bedrooms. We will definitely book again and for a bit longer next time. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
