The apartment is located diagonally across from Willimantic's iconic Frog Bridge. This space is perfect for those seeking comfort and convenience. The room is bright and airy, with all brand-new furnishings, including a mini-fridge, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan. Overlooking the serene backyard, you can enjoy the view from your window or relax at the picnic table in the shady backyard. Your room has a portable air conditioner for your comfort, though the rest of the shared areas of the apartment do not have AC. The door has a secure lock, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind. In the apartment, you'll find a smart TV in the living area where you can connect your own Netflix or other streaming services. A full kitchen on the second floor is available for your use, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. You'll share the apartment (and third-floor bathroom) with a UConn grad student who occupies the other guest room on the third floor. The apartment is kept clean and comfortable, providing a welcoming environment for all guests. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, this guest room offers a tranquil retreat with all the modern amenities you need to feel at home. Guest access Your guest room is your private space. A sitting room with a Smart TV, kitchenette, and bathroom is shared with a UConn grad student. The full kitchen on the second floor is also available for your use, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. During your stay We are easily reachable by messaging us on the Airbnb App, by phone, or by text. As hosts, we do not reside on-site. Other things to note No unregistered guests. No pets allowed. Please be respectful of quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.
