Property Policies: Last-minute reservations: If the reservation is made on the same day of check-in, after 12:00 PM, an additional charge of COP 45,000 will be applied, and the time of check-in to the apartment will be agreed upon. Replacement of keys: In case of lost keys, a charge of COP 190,000 must be paid for the replacement and delivery of the new sets of keys (apartment and building).
