Waterfront shack at Dutton Bay

Waterfront shack at peaceful Dutton Bay West is perfect for making family memories, escaping for a few days or if you're a keen fisherman. Just a short 5-minute drive to Farm Beach - the best for swimming and fishing! The front deck opens onto beach frontage, for happy hour and evening bonfires, relaxing in the hammock, morning coffees and watching the dolphins (or kids) frolic out front. Surrounded by nature and wildlife, the bay is excellent for stand-up paddling and kayaking. The space Spacious shack sleeps 7 comfortably - 3 bedrooms all with split-system air conditioners. Two queen beds and the kids room has 3 single beds. Brand new bathroom, 2 televisions, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The sunroom is beautiful for relaxing and reading no matter the weather. The back lawn is a great space for kids to play and there is an undercover verandah and fish cleaning facilities. The shack is full rainwater and has a huge BBQ for entertaining. There's plenty of off-road parking for cars and your boat. Phone signal is good and cellular internet is no problem (no wi-fi). Guest access Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am. Use maps to navigate to Dutton Bay West - from Flinders Highway, turn on to Farm Beach Rd, continue along until you turn left on Shelley Beach Rd, then left on West Bay Rd, another left onto Starfish Lane, you have arrived! You will run into our shack - it has a dark grey garage and a driveway lined with palm trees Key is in a lock box. Access code will be provided. Other things to note One outdoor dog is permitted (no fee), backyard is enclosed and fenced, and dogs are welcome in the Dutton Bay community. Two adult and two kids kayaks are supplied, along with loads of board games, DVD's and an old-school Nintendo. You will need to BYO linen, bath towels and beach towels. (Linen and bath towels can be arranged for an extra $100 - this linen fee is listed on Air BnB as a cleaning fee - please enquire as we do not charge an additional cleaning fee). Basics provided include 4x rolls toilet paper, some washing powder, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing tablets, glad wraps, tea, coffee and sugar. 7 persons maximum. Strictly no caravans and no parties. No cleaning fee.
