A few minutes from the A303 The space A separate newly renovated dwelling, well insulated within the grounds of our family home. Private off road Parking is available directly outside the property as well as your own outside gravelled patio area complete with table & chairs. You enter Lavender View through large glass patio doors, straight into the bright lounge, dining and kitchen area. Leading off the lounge is the brand new bathroom and, to the other side, the spacious double bedroom (the super king bed can be split to allow two single beds). The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Perfect for a get away 35 mins drive from the coast and seaside towns such as Lyme Regis and West Bay. Under 10 mins drive to Crewkerne train station with direct trains to London and Exeter. 3 minutes walk from the church, perfect if you are attending a wedding, funeral or event, and similar walk time to our village pub. A perfect location with free road parking if you have more than one vehicle. Shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided as well as fairy liquid, sponge, basic cleaning detergents. Heating and air conditioning are easily controlled to your choosing temperature via remote control. We have television in the living room and in the bedroom, both can connect to the internet. No smoking or vaping indoors Our garden isn’t fully fenced off Guest access The entire space is yours for the duration of your stay. All rooms are on the ground floor. All guests/dogs must be paid for at time of booking. There is an additional £10 charge for the use of the sofa bed to cover the cost of washing machine etc. We live on site should you need any help or have questions, we are happy to help. If guests fail to comply with house rules including occupancy, their stay will immediately be terminated. Other things to note Lavender View is set back from Church Street, the drive up to the property runs between houses 30 and 32. The drive is fairly narrow, however it does accommodate a VW transporter or Ford Traffic (or similar) Private, quiet with its own parking space. On street parking is free should you prefer to park there. We are a couple of minutes walk from our Local Pub The King's Head. The village is known for the wide variety of trees and its walks. Complementary Wifi onsite but can play up at times! Our garden is partly opened (not fully enclosed) Early checking and late check out can be requested but aren’t always possible due to other guests’ schedules and bookings. These are charged at £10 per hour. The person booking must be part of the guests staying. No third party bookings allowed unless your airb&b account is set up for this purpose such as large company booking for staff members. No parties or events are allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately without any refunds if this rule is not followed. As per Airbnb Community Disturbance Policies, please consider the points below. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, regardless of size.
