Unwind at our Lakefront Oasis! This new 2,474 sqft retreat offers panoramic views of the tranquil lake right from your doorstep. Tie up your boat and spend sun-soaked days swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the shore. The open-concept floorplan is perfect for gatherings, with ample space for up to 11 guests. Gaze out the large windows as you relax on the plush sofas or challenge your crew to a game on the pool table. The chef’s kitchen features all-new appliances making meals a breeze. The space As soon as you step inside, the open-concept living area will take your breath away. Soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame the stunning views of Beaver Lake - I dare you to try and tear yourself away from this space! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Just off the living room, you'll find the master suite. The vaulted ceilings and large windows create such a serene, airy feeling. There's a spacious full bathroom attached. This levels has a convenient laundry room, connected to a half bath. Step outside through the sliding glass doors and you'll find yourself on a large deck with a grill, dining table, and cozy Adirondack chairs. Head downstairs and you'll discover three more bedrooms, including a fun bunk room perfect for the kids. There is one full bath and a half bath located on this level. There's also a game room with a pool table that leads out to another deck with more gorgeous lake vistas. And speaking of the lake, we have two kayaks you're welcome to use to explore the shoreline. When you need a break from the water, head to the community recreation center, The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center. They have a lakefront pool, playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and a picnic area. There is a charge of $4 per person per day. OR venture out to the nearby towns, all within 30 minutes, Bentonville, Rogers, and Eureka Springs - they offer amazing dining, shopping, and entertainment options. I've stocked the house with all the basics you'll need, from coffee for your first morning to plenty of seasonings to make cooking a breeze.
