Other things to note The house is located right at the entrance to the village of Pylypets, along the perfectly renovated Volovets-Mizhhirya road. From the main road, an improved rural road leads to the house. On the steeper first half of the ascent, two concrete strips are laid for the wheels, along with special gravel. The second half is covered with special gravel only. Even large 60-cubic-meter trucks have driven up, so you can imagine the quality of the road. In winter, there is a possibility that the road may not be cleared in time. If that happens, you can leave your car either at the bottom of the road or right after the end of the concrete tracks. The total elevation difference from the road to the parking area by the house is 30 meters.
