During your stay Do Not knock at the door or ring the door bell at other guests or neighbors. Our guests neither our neighbors Do Not run the Airbnb. Be aware there are exterior video cameras and disturbing other guests will cause the cancelation of your stay and a $300.00 USD fee. This Airbnb is one of three properties that share a right- of-way easement to access the main entrance of each property. We ask guests to keep clear this area. Guests are asked Not to stand and block this access corridor. Please be courteous allowing other guests to access their accomodation. Do Not use the right-of-way as a patio to relax or have personal-friends time. Do not sit on the wall fence and please No Trespassing the neighnors property. Loud music and loud activities that affects neighbors and other residentes is not allowed. Please use the designated parking spots only. Please ask your host about additional parking away from this home. The main entrance to the house is located on the right side of the property and it's to be used only by our Airbnb guests. The restricted area is on the left side of the house, please do not use that entrance." This is a space in the house with restricted access has absolutely no contact with the rest of the house. Other things to note For our guests that may need an early or late check in, you are more than welcome to use the key dialing pad to do your self check in at your convenience before or after check in time frame. It's important for our guests to know that there is not a 24/7 service from your Airbnb host to welcome guests.  If  you find yourself into a situation that will require assistance from your Airbnb host when checking in after 8:00 PM or may you have any other unexpected situation after entering the house when check in time frame of 8:00 PM is past, we may not be able to assist you at that very moment. Incoming Airbnb calls and texts from our guests will be received between 7:00 am to 8:30 pm. For our guests to know that the utility room, car garage, studio apartment, little patio, and dog run located on the left side of this house are kept locked for personal use and this area do not share access with the main entrance of the house located on the right side.  The main entrance to the house is located on the right side of the property and it's to be used only by our Airbnb guests.   The restricted area is on the left side of the house, please do not use that entrance."
