Perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. -Located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood -Just 20 minutes from Park City and less than 5 minutes from downtown Heber -No cleaning or anything required at checkout The space This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom basement apartment (1450 square feet), with a separate exterior entrance. -The master bedroom has a king bed and a private, attached bathroom. -Rooms #2 has a King Bed -Room #3 has a Queen Bed -800 thread count cotton sheets on each bed. -Pack n play available upon request. -Washer and dryer with laundry detergent & dryer sheets. -Fully stocked kitchen: brand new LG oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Pots & pans, knives, spatulas, plates/bowls/cups, spices & oil, anything you could need to cook. Keurig with k-cups, creamer, and sugar. -Dining table with 6 spots. -65” Sony Smart TV in the living room. -6 ski racks on the wall for ski storage, and a boot dryer that can also dry gloves -Shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, & lotion provided in each bathroom. -Parking for 2 cars on driveway Guest access You’ll access the place through the exterior entrance on the side of the house. There are stairs going down to the front door. The full basement is yours for your stay! Other things to note The house is run on one thermostat upstairs, but we are more than willing to give you guest access to our Nest thermostat if you’d like so you can control it yourself from your phone. We do live in the upstairs of this house. We work during the day and don’t have kids or pets so any noise you hear from us will be very minimal. Strict no pets, smoking, or vaping policy. This is our primary residence so please treat it as you would your own.
