Welcome to this lovely well-kept home in the country with a small lake and a large yard! Relax on the deck, sit by the lake, watch the sun rise over the hill in a place that feels like home. Near the Bourbon Trail! 5 mins to KY Railway Museum. 10 mins to Log Still Distillery & The Amp, and Lincoln's Boyhood home. 20 mins to Bardstown, Hodgenville, 25 mins to E'Town. 40 miles to Churchill Downs. The house is well stocked with everything you may need including breakfast items! Plenty of parking. The space Large kitchen, family room with large windows and tv, living room and office area, two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a full size. One bathroom with tub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large deck and also a covered front porch for sitting. Lake is beside the house and part of the property. 5 mins to KY Railway Museum, 10 mins to Lincoln's Boyhood Home, Gethsemane, Log Still Distillery and The Amp. 20 mins to Bardstown and Hodgenville. 25 mins to Makers Mark. 45 miles south of Louisville. Breakfast items provided such as sausage biscuits, oatmeal, and granola bars. Guest access Entire house and outdoor areas. Other things to note No pets allowed. No swimming in the lake. Children must be supervised at all times while outdoors, especially around lake. Children should be kept away from the road. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house. If signs of smoking or house is damaged or left excessively dirty, you may be charged additional fees after departure. You also will be charged for any damage to the house or furnishings. Cell phone service is spotty. We have high speed internet and you can easily connect your phone for wi-fi calling. We have TV equipped with a Firestick to use your own Amazon, Netflix, and other subscription services. We do not have cable TV or satellite.
