There are no shared areas. Access to the second level is via the outside stairs. Other things to note • The pool has a beach-like area approximately 30 cm deep. The depth increases gradually: the area of the bench is approximately 80 cm and then increases to 1.50 m at the deepest part. • Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. The pool lights turn off automatically at 10:00 pm. • The property does not have an electric generator. In the event of a power outage, the water supply may be affected. For these eventualities, we have a water reserve tank. • The outdoor bathroom near the pool has a toilet, sink and shower. • The property has two parking spaces within its facilities. • Access to the second level is via an exterior staircase. • The property is located inside a residential community with access control, and the established quiet hours must be respected.
