Welcome to your home away from home! Our suite is the perfect home for your stay, located next to two shopping malls. Enjoy our comfortable space with high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV for your entertainment, and a workspace so you can stay productive during your trip. Plus, our suite is impeccably clean, with hot water available at all times. And don't worry about security, we have 24/7 security. Other things to note PARKING🚙 We do not have internal private parking, but you will be able to park in an assigned place outside the house. It should be noted that the suite is in a closed citadel, with 24/7 security and camera circuit, so leaving the diagonal cart at the house is 100% safe. HOURSЮ Check-in is after 1:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am. IMPORTANTЮ️ The unit is in a residential area, is not hotel. Therefore, it is important to respect the following rules of the urbanization, to avoid calls of attention and fines ($), by the Las Garzas administration: ✔️ Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. ✔️ No parties or events. ✔️ No smoking allowed. ✔️ Sheets and towels that return stains will be charged (20$ each).
