The simply decorated apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It consists of a bedroom with cupboard with sliding door and safety deposit box, a bathroom, and the living room opening by a bay window on the loggia equipped with a motorized awning. The apartment is through: it has excellent natural ventilation. The room is air conditioned. The other spaces have air fans. A private parking space is available. The apartment is equipped with complete household appliances (see equipment section), a "Smart full HD" TV, as well as an internet box with Wi Fi connection. The residence, very quiet, is in the immediate vicinity of the Creole Village and all its amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bakery and various shops), nautical activities and entertainment at the Marina (restaurants, casino, dancing evenings, .. .), and the sea shuttle connecting Fort de France in 15 minutes. The "Hauts Créoles" residence is secure and has direct access to the Anse-Mitan beach. It is located 200m from the beach of Pointe-du-Bout and that of the Hotel Bakoua.
