Come visit us on the fabulous Mid North Coast 🥂 The space Accommodation is on the second floor of a 2 storey house. With its own private entrance. The caretaker lives on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, separate lounge room with TV and dining table, kitchenette and a very large bathroom. Large outdoor area on the verandah, with wonderful views of the river. A great place for a glass or two of bubbles. Smithtown pub and the general store are a minutes walk away. A 15 minute walk across the river to the heritage listed town of Gladstone, where you will find all your needs. Bakery, Butcher, gift shops and The Heritage Hotel. There is also a stair lift inside the house, however there are 3 stairs to enter the property. Guest access Plenty of street parking, enter through the pink gate in Main Street, through the pink door and take the stairs to the top floor. There is also a stair lift inside if required.
