Our unit is on the 28th Floor w/ balcony facing the pool. There are 2 beds & an L-type sofa available. You'll find that the kitchen is complete w/ basic dining & cooking essentials. Expect to be provided w/ free parking slot for your 2 nights’ stay, toiletries, towels, hair dryer, iron, WIFI. Self check- in w/ a door lock code anytime. The space IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: With the parking slot being offered for free, we PREFER A MINIMUM of 2 NIGHTS’ STAY. ADDITIONAL FEES FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS: If parking slot is needed, upon the request to book, please be informed that there is an additional PHP1,000 for the parking fee and PHP2,500 for the cleaning fee. When booking, it's important to be aware that ID verification is required upon booking and before your arrival. This process helps ensure the safety and security of both guests and hosts. Once booking is confirmed, please follow these steps: 1. Submit copies of government-issued IDs of all the guests so we can process your Guest Pass. 2. To reserve the parking slot, please provide the full name of the driver with the plate number and vehicle details (ex. red Honda CRV). We will then process your parking authorization. Registering at the Lobby/Reception: Upon your arrival at the Air Residences, registering at the reception is an essential step to ensure a smooth check-in process. Here’s what you can expect during this stage: 1. Guest Registration: Documentation: Have your identification ready, as you need to present it for verification and registration. Please present the government-issued ID you used for the booking together with the confirmation of your reservation. 2. Self-Check in: Once you’ve completed your registration at the reception, the self-check-in process allows you to access your accommodation seamlessly and at your convenience. Please make sure that the digital code has been provided to you by the host. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Please note that early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. Early check-in is possible if we don’t have guests checking out on the day of your arrival. Late check-out may be available if we don’t have guests checking in on the day of your departure. FREE PARKING SLOT The free parking provided is one slot in a tandem parking arrangement on the 2nd floor with high ceiling near the security guard for food & other deliveries' waiting area. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can use the 24-hour parking at the Air Mall. DIGITAL DOOR LOCK Check yourself in with the digital door lock code which will be provided to you by the host before the check-in time.
