Guest access We have restricted access to the following areas of the house: the pantry, the garage, and the downstairs bathroom storage closet. All other areas of the house and yard are available for your use. Other things to note We look forwarding to hosting you in our home. Please make sure you list the correct number of guests in your party, failure to do so may result in additional fees. If you are planning on bringing a pet please arrange that with us ahead of time and pay the $150 pet fee prior to check in, pets can be 40 pounds or under and you must take care of cleaning up after your pets bathroom waste- failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
