Diablo nearby, perfect for work trips or a relaxing Bay Area getaway. The space This is a private, detached ADU situated behind our main home in a quiet Pleasant Hill neighborhood. The space is designed to be comfortable and peaceful, offering privacy while still being close to everything the Bay Area has to offer. • Private entrance • Detached unit (not shared living space) • Street parking available (easy and plentiful) • Quiet, residential setting Guest access Guests have private access to the detached ADU, located at the back of the main house. When facing the house from the street, the unit entrance is on the right side of the main house and has its own separate entrance. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the large shared backyard. If you’re traveling with pets, please ensure they are supervised and pick up after them to help keep the space enjoyable for everyone.
