A little paradise in Havana!!

Ideal place to rest, snorkel, swim, read and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Our house is located west of Havana City in a small fishing village. The coastline is a coastal area, not exactly a sandy beach. We are just 30 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown The space Private house, with a backyard facing the ocean (COST LINE), front garden, terrace around with hammocks. Bedroom, living room and bathroom with ocean views, air conditioning, hot and cold water shower. Gas stove equipped with the essentials. Because it is located in a coastal area, swimming shoes should be worn for better access to the sea. The sea level is at waist height and deepens as you enter the sea. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. MOST IMPORTANT RULES A) When absent from home and at night to sleep 1) Do not leave in outdoor areas: • Personal belongings/ items? • Keep inside the house all the amenities (Hammocks, Sunbeds, Chairs and tables, diving items, towels, etc.) • Close doors and windows correctly • Close the curtains to avoid visibility from the outside 2) In the outdoor areas: • Locate the objects at your disposal in the corresponding areas with their protections (locks, etc) 3) At nightfall: - Turn on the lights (as a safety measure) in the outdoor areas of • Yard • platform luminaire • side aisle • terrace (optional) • Do not allow access to any of the areas of the house of unknown persons including taxi drivers, kids, surfers fisherman or others • We suggest use the transportation provided by the house for your safety. OTHER IMPORTANT RULES There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Please do not bring strangers into our home (INCLUDING TAXI DRIVERS) If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10pm. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied. Snorkelling equipment are provided Please return all accessories to their rightful places after wash them and dry them by shadows "NOT AT THE SUNSHINE" please. Please do not rearrange our furniture (Cushions are for interior use only). If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.  Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cyclone Management: Although “extremely rare”, if there was to be a weather event that was deemed dangerous during your stay, as your host I can assist you in decisions for evacuation or preparation. However, as the emergency controller of the property, the house rules would take on additional extraordinary emergency preparations. You would be required to follow all instructions and requests for safety. Once again this is not something that happens quickly. Authorities give notice and it is an event that is extremely rare.” Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in Cuba, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
