Bedroom for rent: L'Optimiste

Enjoy a room in this peaceful and central accommodation (please note the presence of 2 very sociable CATS🐱🐱). Office in the bedroom, excellent Wi-Fi connection, Airbnb bathroom in the hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony available. Elevator. The bedroom overlooks the street. If you sleep with the window open, it may be noisy. Otherwise, it's very well insulated. This is my own apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment (including on the balcony). The space The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, balcony. Bathroom is booked for the 2 Airbnb bedrooms. When only one room is rented, the bathroom is private. There is a visitor car park at the end of the building. This is indeed visitor parking. If you stay for several days, you will have to park the car on the street. It's a non-smoking apartment including on the balcony. Guest access You will have space available in the fridge and will be able to use the kitchen. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower head is reserved for the Airbnb rooms. If you are alone, it will be for you; if there is another person, you will share it. During your stay I live in the apartment myself and will therefore be available if you need anything. I work remotely and spend a lot of time at home (often busy too ;-). I sometimes host guests at home. In this case, you will temporarily not have access to the kitchen and living room. The 2 cats, Litchi and Inaya, are always happy to visit;-) Other things to note I remind you that the apartment is non-smoking including on the balcony.
