House with 4 bedrooms (2 suites) fully equipped. Accommodates a maximum of 9 people. All rooms have air conditioning and a fan. The bathrooms have 8,000 watt showers. The neighborhood has little urbanization around, has few neighbors, allowing greater peace. The nearest beach is Veloso, which is 5 'by car on the counterflow. The closest restaurants are Bens and they are on Curral beach (5 'by car) and to the south, Almirante and New York (5km). There is the Zico grocery store in São Pedro (2km) and the Colina no Bexiga supermarket (5km). There is public transport passing by on site. We have strict restrictions with loud sound and shouting. We suggest not to bring sound equipment if there is no possibility that the group will keep the volume control always low. (*) 1 P45 gas cylinder for heating the pool is included in the cleaning fee. The remainder, if any, must be paid separately.
