The space We at Moneypenny Stays like to welcome our guests with a cosy home from home feel in unique & bright spaces where you can relax & enjoy your stay. We welcome corporate, contractor and family / leisure bookings. No matter what the reason is for your stay, it is more than just a place to sleep, it is a space to truely relax and recharge. There is plenty of space for everyone in this spacious three bedroomed house is close to all the amenities and shops that you could need & is set up with all facilities to feel at home. Let us tell you about the house before we tell you about the area. * Save money & cater for your own culinary tastes in the fully equipped kitchen, where you have a proper hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, with all the utensils & workspace you need to rustle up a meal. * Up to 6 people can dine around our extendable vintage dining table * Relax in the lounge with boardgames or watch TV powered by our fast & free WIFI. If it’s nice weather you can also sit in the garden to relax around the garden table. * There are three separate bedrooms, each with plenty of space to unpack your suitcases. Two bedrooms have beds that can be set up as king size or twins & the third is a single bedroom. There is also a sofa-bed downstairs which is available on request. Whatever bed you sleep in you are guaranteed a great nights sleep with crisp bedsheets and cosy blankets. * The upstairs bathroom has a full sized bath & powerful shower as well as fluffy towels. There is also a separate downstairs toilet. * You can be in charge of your own laundry, as there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer as well as the use of an iron & ironing board. * There is always plenty of free street parking and you will have the choice of either pakring opposite the house or down a side street, which we will sned you the details of. We very much welcome guests who want to stay just for a couple of nights or for a few weeks. For those staying longer than a week, our professional house keeping team will be in bi-weekly by arrangement to clean, & provide fresh linen and towels. We also provide a comprehensive guest guiode with lots of recommendations of what to do in the area, including places to eat to suit all tastes including vegetarians and vegans. Bus services from here include 1A, 1C, 1B which all go right past Derby Conference Centre & Derby Railway Station * We are Uber friendly, maximum wait 10 minutes from ordering them.
