The space This is a large one room efficiency near Wilmington college and near the center of town. It has a king bed dresser dinning table for 4 closet and bathtub/shower. Basic kitchen essentials are provided as well as complementary K cups and a single serve coffee pot. A portable twin convertible ottoman can be delivered for additional sleeping upon request. Guest access Guestshave a small gravel parking pad off street right next to front door that can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles if necessary. The small grassy area directly to the side and front of unit is available to guest and pets but we do ask that you clean up after your pets.
