The space This is a brand new townhome with one-car garage. Downstairs, you will find an open kitchen and living room that is very cozy and inviting with stylish furnishings and decor, and a Roku TV. There is also a half bath, and an exit into the garage. There you will also find a washer and dryer. Upstairs is where you will find both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full private attached bathroom, comfortable beds, ultra soft bedding, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep. There is also a dresser and walk-in closet in both bedrooms, and a small fan stored in the closet if you like some background noise while you sleep. Both bedrooms have king sized beds. The bathrooms are extremely clean and spacious with ample counter space, drawers, linen closet, and hair dryers. The kitchen is fully stocked with stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, cookware, coffee pot, coffee, toaster, blender, and more. The large bar is perfect for eating and working. There is a small back porch that you can also sit on in a small fenced in yard area. There is excellent Wi-Fi, central heat & air, and interior deadbolts. There is parking for 2-3 cars on-site if you count the garage. The water heater closet is locked for owner use. Other than that you will have full access to the property. This property is identical to the unit next door, with the exception of a few minor very minor decor differences, and that this unit has a king bed in both bedrooms. Pictures of this listing are of the unit next door. Guest access You have access to the entire unit, garage, and backyard. You will access the property through the front door with a code assigned specifically to you.
