Welcome to ViLLA SAViNee, nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking a gently flowing river, this peaceful retreat is thoughtfully designed to immerse you in nature while offering refined comfort. An architectural gem, the villa blends the earthy charm of Kerala’s vernacular design with the laid-back elegance of Goan-Portuguese influence, creating a warm, soulful space of Three BHK across two beautifully curated lower and upper levels. The space 🏡 Lower Level – Open, Airy & Immersed in Nature The Living Room A lounge-style living room with expansive glass doors and windows that frame uninterrupted views of the river and the greens of the farm. Guest enjoy their meals at the vintage style six seater dining table overlooking the flowing river. Sofa with chairs and large center table comfortably facilitate the casual chit-chat or Karaoke sessions. Two Seater wooden swing in the centre gives the authentic homely feel. Bedroom 1 - 225 sqft Bedroom has ensuite Bathroom No. 1 and changing place. This Bedroom can sleep four guests comfortably on one queen size bed and two seater Futon. Service kitchen - Kitchen is equipped with Gas Stove, Induction Cook Top, Electric Kettle, 360 ltrs refrigerator, cutlleries. It is not equipped for cooking meals. Guest can use the kitchen only for re-heating petty food item and refrigerator access. Bathroom No. 4 - Bathroom is there attached to the Kitchen for added convenience. Riverside Deck - A charming riverside verandah deck is there accessible from the living room and outside to sip your morning chai or unwind with the sunset. 🛏 Upper Level – Light-Filled Serenity with Elevated Views Two Glass Walled Bedrooms - Two large glass-walled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, offering immersive views and natural light. Bedroom No. 2 : This Bedroom is 225sqft, has ensuite Bathroom No. 2 and a changing place. This Bedroom has one king size bed and a single seater Futon to accommodate one extra guest or a child. Bedroom No. 3 : This is Master Bedroom is lavish 260 sqft with ensuite Bathroom No. 3 which is uniquely spaced for a glamorous experience of riverview. This master bedroom has one four poster king size bed and one seater futon to accommodate one extra guest or a child. A Private riverside Terrace Deck : Upper level Terrace Deck and the bedrooms has independent access through external spiral staircase. The Terrace Deck with twelve seater alfresco dining arrangements - perfect for breezy meals and party through late evening. Two seater swing is a placed in a cosy corner accessible from Master bedroom - perfect for star-lit conversations. The Farm Resort, "NeeSA FarmVille" - 'ViLLA SAViNee' is a riverbank farmhouse, inside a two acres gated farm resort "NeeSA FarmVille". NeeSA FarmVille offers lots of recreational facilities like; * Swimming Pool - Size 45'0"× 25'0"× 4'6"~3'0" height with Poolside seating arrangements, * Manmade natural stone Waterfall with Plunge Pond and slide, * Rain Dance Set-up with Music system, * Low Rope Adventure activities like Commando net, Tyre walk, Stipple walk, Rope walk etc; * Karaoke Music System for your singing endeavours, * Trampoline for kids, * Common Kitchen, * Riverbank multi-purpose Hall with buffet dining facility and small event sessions, * Amphitheatre in the pure rustic set-up surrounding the Desi style Mango Tree Porch platform, * Open air Table Tennis Table, * Open air Bath Tub for kids made out of Fiber Boat. All these facilities are offered as complimentary with the stay at 'ViLLA SAViNee' Whether you're seeking calm, creativity, or connection, ViLLA SAViNee invites you to slow down, soak in the surroundings, and truly feel at home — in nature’s lap. Guest access Guest have limited access to Kitchen in the Villa for re-heating of petty things and access to the refrigerator. Guest have access to all the other places in 'ViLLA SAViNee' and 'NeeSA FarmVille'. Guests also have access to all the recreational facilities mentioned above which are complimentary with the stay. Other things to note Few things the guests need to know/aware of before they book 'ViLLA SAViNee' : * 'ViLLA SAViNee' is a private Farmstay home created by the host out of his urge to stay in tandem with the nature. The Guests are invited to experience the charm of staying in nature's lap and treat the place as their own home. * At 'ViLLA SAViNee' we prefer to host Family Groups, Couple Groups and all Women's Groups. Batchelor Boys or all Men's Group are strictly not preferred. * For Weekend night, we take bookings for package of One night Two days. Weekend Package: Check In time is 11.00 am on Saturday Check out time is 5.30 pm on Sunday. Guests will be charged additional rental for Sunday. * Food - We provide homelike food prepared by our local lady cook at our central kitchen. Outsourced meals are not allowed without Hosts permission, Food is available at the Farmstay, as a curated homelike menu in Lunch, Dinner and High Tea. Guest can suggest their preference of vegetables or specific menu. We will be obliged to prepare the same if possible. We prepare all the vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals at our central kitchen by our local lady cook. Jain food can be prepared separately on request. Package charges for food can be shared with the guests on messages before booking or on call after booking the stay. * Kitchen in the Villa is not equipped for heavy cooking, accessible to guests only for re-heating purpose and refrigerator. * As a Farmstay, there are no restaurants nearby our place and also the food delivery service is not available. * Food Package Charges : 1) One Night Package - ₹1250/- per person Includes One Veg Lunch, One High Tea, One Veg+ Nonveg Dinner, One Breakfast at the time of Check out. 2) One Night Two Days Package (Weekend Package) - ₹1550/- per person Includes One Veg Lunch, One High Tea, One Veg+ Nonveg Dinner, One Breakfast, One Veg + Nonveg Lunch and One High Tea at the time of Check out. * Food is provided at Dining Table or at Terrace Deck for alfresco experience at following timings : * Breakfast - 9.00 to 10.00 am * Lunch - 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm * High Tea - 5.30 to 6.30 pm * Dinner - 9.00 pm to 10.30 pm
