very well located apartment in a nice environment. it is located 12 kms from the great Hassan Stade 2 which will house the world cup 2030 The space my apartment has two bedrooms, the first houses two 90x190 beds and equipped wardrobe. the second sleeping room has a 180x190 bed and equipped with a wardrobe. a very well appointed living room with furnishings, 55 flat Smart TV, phone, wifi...etc. fully equipped kitchen. an equipped 4x8 M2 terrace overlooking the garden. Guest access guests can use all the amenities and mobilers . a condition of location is provided at the reception. any damage resulting during the stay affects one of its amenities and mobilers will be the responsibility of the visitor responsible for the allocation. Other things to note guests shall abide by the rules of the management agent of the residence as well as the good neighbor. they have to enjoy the pool , sports fields, greenery. i made available to my kind visitors , an ATV , as well as a sunbed.
