Yes, we do, sir! A mega screen to enjoy your stay watching your favorite series together. Or how about a family movie night? You can choose from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Globoplay + Channels, YouTube. The sofa bed is great for two people! 2) GOURMETIZE YOUR STAY: Are you in the mood for a romantic dinner? Or cook as a family? Have a nice chat while cooking? Or watch on YouTube that tutorial of the recipe you've been wanting to make for a long time? Our space has been carefully designed for you to use and abuse these moments. You have a TV, American kitchen and an amazing atmosphere to make your meals. In addition to the utensils designed with great affection, including for you to make your coffee on time. If there is a need for any item not found, just contact us and we will try to provide it. 3) COUPLE'S NEST: You will be enchanted by the energy and coziness of this space. And if you're going to have a romantic evening, let us know. We can prepare the environment in a special way. 4) BATHROOM SUITE: It has a heated clothesline that saves lives!!! It has saved ours on many occasions. 5) ROOM FOR TWO: If your stay is for 3 or 4 people, you will also have room 2 available. Whether for a couple or for friends, this room will welcome you! The double bed turns into a double bed or two single beds. 6) SOCIAL BATHROOM: If your stay is for 3 or more people, in addition to the bathroom in the suite, you will also have the social bathroom available. A cozy corner, with an LED mirror and a delicious shower for a relaxing bath after an exhausting day or a tiring trip. 7) ROOM FOR THREE: If your stay is for 5 or more people, you will also have this room, which has 3 single beds and a TV. 8) LAUNDRY: Internal clothesline and 3 external clotheslines (below the windows). You also have a washing machine available for quick mode. In 30 minutes, you'll have your clothes clean. Just don't forget to bring liquid soap and fabric softener. Basic cleaning items are available for those who, like us, LOVE a clean and fragrant environment. NOTE: depending on the number of guests, the other rooms are locked, but no one else will use them. The apartment is for your exclusive use. Guest access SELF CHECK-IN. Access can be through the small gate or the garage gate, with control. The way to perform self check-in is informed to the guest about 24 hours before their arrival. Other things to note Please read the rules before booking: 1) GUEST DOCUMENTS: When making your reservation, you will need to send a photo of the documents of ALL guests here. 2) THE FOLLOWING IS NOT ALLOWED: • bookings for anyone under the age of 18; • animals in the apartment; • smoking in the apartment; • receiving visitors; • offering services; 3) LAW OF SILENCE: Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Because it is a family condominium, silence and discretion are expected during the stay. 4) KITCHEN VESSELS: As we have little time to perform an excellent cleaning between one stay and another, it is essential that the vessels are washed when checking out. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of R$ 30.00 will be charged. 5) DAMAGE: The objects that furnish the apartment must not be damaged or taken. If they are damaged, we ask that you inform us for the proper negotiations. 6) CLOSE DOORS AND WINDOWS: To make your stay safer, we ask that the door and windows be closed when leaving, as we are not responsible for loss or theft during the period. 7) TRASH: Throw your trash in the cans in the parking lot. They are almost in the same direction as the driveway. 8) GARAGE: The vehicle must be stored in the specific garage (to be informed), and care must be taken to ensure that it is within the yellow line. Please provide us with the vehicle's details. 9) SELF CHECK-IN: Self check-in from 3 p.m. and Self checkout until 12 p.m. 10) STAY FOR 1 or 2 PEOPLE: 10.1) You will be entitled to the EXCLUSIVE use of the apartment. However, bedroom 2, bedroom 3 and the social bathroom are not included in this amount and will remain locked. 10.2) If you need to use any of these 3 extra rooms, there will be an increase of R$ 40 per day for each room. This is because we have to pay the cleaning lady per room and the laundress per number of pieces washed. 10.3) LOCKED ROOMS: Please let us know if you will use these extra rooms before confirming your reservation, so that the amount can be adjusted and we can leave the rooms unlocked upon your arrival. 11) STAY FOR 3 PEOPLE OR MORE: 11.1) If your reservation was for 3 or more people, bedroom 2 and the social bathroom will be released, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES. If your reservation is for 5 or more people, all 3 bedrooms will be made available, in addition to the social bathroom, also WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
