The height and location may vary between floors 1 and 9, assigned according to availability at the time of check-in. NEW TOURIST TAX: According to Departmental Decree No. 36.852 of the Montevideo City Council, as of 1 October 2025, a tourist tax will be payable by all non-resident guests over 11 years of age staying in hotels in the city. Rate details: - Amount: USD 1 per night - Max stop: USD 5 per person (equivalent to 5 nights) - Payment method and time: Directly at the hotel, at check-in. Additional services for extra fee: - Parking located 50 metres from the hotel. : USD 15.00 + VAT per day. Subject to availability at check-in. - Breakfast: USD 10.00 + VAT per person/day. Breakfast is served 50 metres from the hotel. At check-in, you will be asked to: - Original and well maintained ID card (ID card, national ID or passport) to all occupants. - A $200 guarantee per room. The reason for this warranty is to cover any damage or consumption during the stay. The same can be effective through a credit or cash card. If this guarantee is not used, 100% of the amount will be refunded at the time of Check Out. At check-in, you will be given 1 access card, which must be returned at check-out. In case of loss, there will be a cost of USD 5 + VAT per card. VAT for Residents in Uruguay: In high season (16 November to the Sunday ending Tourism Week) residents will have to pay 10% VAT, this tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation. Take Rambla and turn right on Francisco Solano Antuña and right again on Francisco Vidal to Juan María Pérez. From Puerto de Montevideo: 15 minute drive. Take Rambla to the east, turn left on September 21, climb 2 blocks, turn right into Francisco Vidal, travel 2 blocks to Juan María Pérez. From Terminal Three crosses: 20 min drive. Take Boulevard Artigas towards the rambla, make a left on September 21, turn left into Francisco Vidal, go 2 blocks Up to Juan María Pérez.
