Welcome to our cozy Guest Suite located Lynnwood. This completely private Guest Suite provides you all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable and allow you to explore Lynnwood and easy access to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett. The space The entire Guest Suite is available with a full kitchen, big space living area with a single bed and a sleeping sofa, 1 bedroom & a bathroom with shower. Guest access This is multiple Airbnb listings building. The suite is on the lower level. You will have full access to the entire place through a private entrance door. While the suite is exclusively yours, the backyard is shared with other guests. If you stay more than 3 days, you can have access to a shared laundry room in a nearby building. Please ask for the access code and instructions if you need to use the shared laundry room. The access code will be provided before the check in time. Other things to note Please be aware that other guests reside upstairs, and while we make every effort to keep noise to a minimum, some occasional sounds may be expected. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. Bathroom with only shower, no tub. As part of the beautiful Pacific Northwest environment, you may occasionally encounter spiders or other insects both inside and outside the house.
