A 2bedroom COSY Apt in old quarter Hanoi!

It is walkable to all attractions in Hanoi's Old Quarter. It is ideal place for group, family. Our apartment is centrally-located close to cultural, historic sites, convenient shops, money exchange office, booking office, laundry shops, ATM, local restaurants and coffee shops. Only: - 300m to Hoan Kiem Lake - 300m to night market, beer street - 850m to Hanoi Opera House - 900m to Trang Tien shopping center - 10m to Bus Stop to AirPort (We are contributing some amount for the deaf school) The space Our apartment is on the third floor of the old building which is near to many interesting places. Although it is near to every where it is very peaceful because it is not in the street-front. The address is easy to find and it is easy to access the apartment with the big, private and non-steep staircases. It is also very safe to stay in the building where there is a security guard at the entrance. Neighbors are friendly and respect privacy. You will also see foreigners in the building sometimes. Our apartment is also independent from other apartments around. Both bedroom have max windows but they also have dark curtains to cover when needed. To avoid the noise from the busy street you should close windows. The apartment is very cozy which has 2 big bedrooms with king-size bed, bed liners, AC, wardrops, one kitchen, one bathroom and one living room area. The apartment has wifi, TV...etc. It has enough condition for whole family or group of friends to stay in. You can use the apartment as your home and you may have the feeling like home away from home when staying here. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the whole apartment as their house including bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning and working tables, aircon, TV, Wifi. Other things to note It takes about less than 40mins from Noi Bai airport to our place. In case you need us to arrange the car to pick you up at the airport we can do it and you will have to pay around $15 for the driver You can also catch the bus No.86 from Noi Bai airport to our place. The bus stop is 10 meters away from our building. FAQ: 1. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 2PM? A: We need to discuss about this before you come because it will also depends on check-out time of previous guests too. 2. Q: Is breakfast included? A: Sorry it’s not included. But there are many breakfast shops with different options which are just 10-20m away. 3. Q: Can I have a later check-out on my departure date? A: Please inform us in advance and we need to double check about this. 4. Q: Can I leave the luggage before check in/after check out? A: Yes, you can. There is a security guard room at the entrance gate. If you leave luggage there you may pay for them $1-2 and come back to take later. 5. Q: Is cleaning service that I paid is daily service? A: Sorry, cleaning services are only provided before check-in. However, for long-term bookings of 7 days or more, we can provide more times. 6. Q: Do we have new towels every day? A: Sorry, we only provide exactly number of towels according to number of people that you book. However, we will assist in providing complimentary towels for long-term bookings. 7. Q: Can I contact you directly and see the property before I make a booking? A: No, we cant violate the airbnb regulation. The exact address will be given after your booking is placed. 8. Q: Is the place as quiet as in 5 star hotel? A: No, because the location is in the heart of busy Hanoi and this is airbnb apartment, not the hotel but that is the way you experience the life of local people
