The space The Les Crozats Valley Side Chalet Chalet Les Crozats Valley Side is one of two recently built twin chalets, available for seasonal rental since the end of 2024. Modern, bright and comfortable, it has been carefully designed to offer an authentic mountain experience in an elegant and warm setting. Spread over two levels, the chalet has a spacious living room bathed in natural light and underfloor heating for optimal comfort. It includes four large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet. The beds can be configured as twin beds (90 x 200 cm) or king-size beds (180 x 200 cm), depending on your needs. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with bunk beds, allowing the chalet to accommodate up to 10 adults. Outside, a wooden terrace with private Jacuzzi awaits you, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking. Each chalet has its own wellness area for total privacy. This spacious and bright chalet extends over two levels and combines modernity and conviviality. On the ground floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (private bathroom with shower and toilet). Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with balcony and 1 quadruple bedroom with bathroom. The 4 bedrooms have a modular configuration (twin or king-size beds upon prior request) and can accommodate up to 10 adults. Each space is designed to offer privacy and comfort, with a private bathroom for each room. The living room, bathed in natural light, is equipped with underfloor heating and an electric steam fireplace to create a warm atmosphere. The private outdoor area is equipped with a Jacuzzi on the terrace, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. The chalet is designed for a carefree stay: A modern and fully equipped kitchen. A friendly dining area. A living room with a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). Ultra-fast Wi-Fi thanks to Starlink. Guest access In high summer & winter season, the shuttle is free and runs all day every day 300 m upstream of the Chalet, at the Lavanchy bus stop for free and will drop you off at the city center of Montriond, at Lake Montriond, at the Ardent waterfall or at the Ardent parking lot to take the open cable car. In summer & winter, the shuttle will also take you to Morzine or other connections can be made with neighboring villages and attractions. Other things to note ⚠ This chalet is managed by the Mont Amour property company (ᴡᴡᴡ·montamour· ғʀ), a security deposit of €500 at the time of check-in will be requested as well as an identity document. 🪪 This security deposit by credit card is required to stay in one of the Mont Amour properties.
